Buyer Platform Start Guide

Signing Up

  1. Click the "Sign Up Free" option on the home page right side bar
  2. Fill out sign up form on screen with special attention to the required fields marked with an asterisk (*)
  3. Confirm you have received a sign up acknowledge email in your inbox (be sure to check junk box) for further directions.

Browsing Product Catalogues and P.O Sheets

  1. Log in to buyer platform by clicking “Buyer Log In” On the home page
  2. Click "Catalog" on the left side bar in the buyer platform page
  3. Click the "Catalog" icon on the catalog list to be redirected to a download of the Catalog
  4. Click "P.O sheet" icon to download the P.O sheet

Placing Orders

  1. Log in to buyer platform by clicking "Buyer Log In" On the home page
  2. Click "New Orders" On left side bar in the Buyer Platform page
  3. Fill out New Order sheet or upload P.O sheet by clicking the "Choose File" option.
  4. Review your order and click "Place Order" on the bottom of the page

Managing Orders

    To track and manage an order’s progress,
  1. Click "Manage Order" in the navigation bar on the left.
  2. A list of placed orders will be on display.
  3. A color coded system indicates the Order's progress

  4. To quickly locate a specific order, type in the brand name, P.O Number, or Tracking number in the search bar above the order list

Changing Account Settings

  1. Change account settings
  2. Change email and password
  3. Change business documents
  4. Check deposits
